Ichabod's East

I went in there after dinner and there was four people in the place but no bartender. After waiting about 10 - 15 minutes and calling for the bartender, a lady came out of the back and claims that she was putting decorations away. I ordered a drink and went to throw darts. I came back to the bar countertop about a half an hour later, And she was nowhere to be found, “ again.” I went to the opening where the bartender could go into the back and called for her again, and waited another 10-15 minutes (at this point I could’ve just poured myself another drink And she would never know, but i didn’t ) and she came from outside the tavern this time and was upset with me that I asked her where she was and that I called for her again. I told her I didn’t know if she fell in the back, or what was going on but I wondered where she went to and she got mad at me and walked away to go pick up glasses and talk to the other customers and totally ignored me. I asked her hey can I get another beer and she told me she wasn’t going to serve me anymore. I asked to speak with the manager and she said she is the manager. it was horrible service. I don’t know why the owner would put someone so mean in a position of power. maybe they don’t know that side of her. It’s obvious she doesn’t like her job and she takes it out on other people. I just know I’ll never go back there again especially when there are so many other places that have great service.

Great place to play pool or ping pong. Safe environment to enjoy billiards with friendly patrons.

Came here with some friends for the first time and was pleasantly surprised with how fun this place is. They had plenty of fun games and plenty of pool tables to have a good few games! I'll definitely be coming back with my friends for round 2!

It’s rare to find someone who can be so efficient and still manage to make you feel like you're the only person at the bar. She remembers your order, asks about your day, and crafts drinks with a passion that create a whole different experience. Her cocktails are always creative and delicious. Hayley’s dedication and positive energy are contagious, creating an atmosphere that's both lively and welcoming. She's the heart and soul of Ichabods, and her exceptional work ethic truly sets this place apart.
