I brought a used VW Beetle to Hybrid Auto Tech Inc for a pre-purchase inspection, as we were considering it for our son and wanted to be sure it was safe and reliable. Sayid and his team were absolutely outstanding. They were incredibly thorough, generous with their time, and clearly experts in what they do. They respected our schedule and made sure every question we had was fully answered. Sayid took the time to explain potential concerns in the short, medium, and long term, and gave an honest, well-informed assessment of the car’s overall condition. His transparency and attention to detail gave us complete confidence moving forward. We drove in from New Hampshire for a work conference. We are exhausted and have a 5 hour drive home. Pick up our car from parking spot and brakes aren’t working right. (Even though we just got an oil change and Jiffy Lube “checked the brakes”. Not sure how far we can safely drive and hope to find a shop nearby that’s decent figuring we will have to spend another night in the city. Drop it off here and they fix the brakes in 85 minutes! Reasonably priced! Super nice guys and very grateful to them. Gives a whole new meaning to “a New York minute” 10/10 would recommend to a friend!!!

I had my engine light come on right before a long drive out of NYC, and I’m so grateful I found Hybrid Auto Tech Inc. the gentleman, who answered the phone, was incredibly kind and reassuring, and he told me to drive carefully and come by. Once I arrived, the whole team was just amazing!!! Super friendly, professional, and genuine. Even though they were busy, they went out of their way to help me right before I had to leave the city. Hybrid Auto Tech provided me with excellent auto repair service. Their mechanics are well experienced and friendly. I had front and rear brakes done along with a NY State Inspection. The Quality of the work performed and completed was excellent and the price was fair compared to other auto shops that I visited prior. There aren’t that many auto repair shops in Manhattan and I’m happy I found Hybrid Auto Tech. Thank you guys.
