Straight up excellent food. Get the oatmeal on the morning 2$ and also lunch rice beans and chicken/ beef/ pork is always delicious. Salads and sides as well. Always get coffee or coconut water. Well priced and delicious. Thank you to all the hard working people that help the community here !

The original. This is an institution. Be sure to get a small plate " to-go"with rice&beans ,plantains, salad, and the fresh avocado. You can get hot sauce or pickled jalapeno on the side. Grab A fresh beverage out of the cooler and you will have an unforgettable lunch! If your in the mood for a dessert they have different ice cream and fruit pops in the freezer.

So glad I stopped in! I was looking for a sandwich but instead I got the best hot spanish food in the area. For $10 I got chicken, rice beans and they were next level! Glad I tried this place. will definitely be back.

I have been going here over 20 years. My absolute favorite bodega. Food is always fresh and delicious. Very reasonable prices. I am very excited when I know I’ll be in the area for lunch m.

Paid $34 , food was nasty, no taste, asked for a soupa de mondongo there was no potato,no veggies, it was not soup just a pint of mondongo fat nasty!!!!
