Was not impressed at all for the price. I got a pedicure and gel manicure and was in and out within an hour. Both look very streaky. The technician dropped a brush on my toe when she was doing my nail and quickly “fixed” it by doing one coat over it. She also made me bleed three times, really digging at my cuticles. Impressed with how clean it seemed but would not go back. My technician was 23 Helen.

It was a my first time coming to this place to get my nails done. I got a UV gel fill-in with design. John took care of me and he was very accurate to the design and paid close attention to detail. He make sure there were no mistakes and would redo something unprompted. He was excellent! My mom got a pedicure and had nothing but great things to say about Jason who did her pedicure. The woman at the front desk (I failed to get her name) was pleasant and helped us with the rewards program as well as answering any questions I had. Wonderful experience, will be coming again.

I had a very disappointing experience at Honey Nail Lounge. While my pedicure with May was excellent – she was attentive and helped me achieve the look I wanted – the same cannot be said for my nail service with Mike. I clearly explained to both Mike and the receptionist that I wanted a natural, clean look, showing them a picture for reference. I emphasized that I needed my nails to be perfect for an upcoming international trip and asked for their professional advice. Despite initially recommending acrylic, Mike proceeded to apply UV gel, even though I had expressed my desired look. It quickly became apparent that he lacked experience with gel. The shape of my nails was completely off – crooked, inelegant, with thumbs that were noticeably shorter, wider, and thicker than the other nails. I had requested a dusty rose ombre. Instead of a proper ombre effect, Mike used an airbrush to create a simple line along the edge of my nail, essentially a French manicure line, and repeatedly asked if I liked it. This was not at all what I had asked for. I pointed out the issue, but he seemed more interested in finishing the service quickly than in addressing my concerns. It felt like he was prioritizing payment over providing a quality service. Ultimately, he applied acrylic with UV gel, resulting in nails with no discernible shape. Completely frustrated, I gave up and asked him to just apply a pale pink base color. I spoke with the receptionist, not to avoid paying, but to express my extreme disappointment with the uneven and poorly executed nails. I was especially upset because I had been willing to pay for the look I wanted. The salon offered no compensation other than to "fix" the nails, which wasn't an option for me at the time. There was no offer of a discount on a future service or any other form of apology. I left the salon in tears. Having nice nails was important to me, and I was willing to pay for a professional service. Instead, I received a mediocre result and felt completely disrespected. I want to share my experience so that others are aware of the potential for poor service at Honey Nail Lounge.

I waited 2 weeks to do a very honest review. I told the nail designer that It was my first time doing a nail extensions with polygel (LCN GEL), Nikki was my nail designer. I showed her a picture of an almond shaped light pink chrome nail as my inspiration. She started to do my nails and told me to put in the light. It was beyond painful, omg FR. After i screamed in pain then she advised me to not let my nails on the light more them 4 seconds and pull it off. NGL it was very painful, and expensive but ended up super beautiful and well done. Apparently they charge extra for the nail polish and the chrome powder. (?) I did pedicure, regular, nothing special, just a light pink color to match my nails. >>> They gave me 2 weeks warranty, if my nail get any damage they’d fix it for free. I’m in my second week after, going to the beach almost everyday and my nails still looking good. Nails: $108 Pedicure:$33 Tip: $29 Total: $170

Today was my first time there and it was great. I'm picky with my nails and who does them and Owen was recommended to me. I love how detailed he was in making sure the nails all looked great. I gave him a picture and he made my nails look exactly like it so I'm definitely recommending this place. I also watched how Tina did the nails of another customer who was sitting next to me and she did great as well. I love how patient they are there so I actually even joined their rewards program. It was worth the money for sure. I highly recommend this place ????
