This beauty has everything you need. I was surprised when I saw crotchet hair in there and colorful packs of braiding hair because not many beauty supplies have it.

This store is absolutely the worst!!! They are Racist and very very rude. They do not honor their advertisement at all. They also switch their packaging. You think you’re getting remy velvet but you’re really getting a cheaper brand as well they change the prices according to their mood. Please beware of this beauty supply. As a black woman I humbly request we as a black community take our power back and patronize a different store that values our business and us as customers. Not a place that feel they are entitled to our business and can treat us rudely!

Staff is extremely rude me and about 3 other people where outside at 5:40 on Sunday they close at 6 pm on Sunday’s which is stated on the signs and websites the doors where locked but the staff just looked upon us never said anything till they had to let a customer out and said on Sunday’s we stop taking people at 5:50, he had seen us out there for 10 minutes and proceeded to slam door in our face. If they want to close early they need to update hours .

Hollywood Beauty supply store needs to hire qualified persons that would handle their wig section to accommodate customers. Their current staff are not knowledgeable about African Americans hair and assisting them with selections and how to cut the lace on the lace front wigs. There should definitely be someone that knows what they're doing. That would increase their sales. I was very disappointed on the customer service. I would not recommend anyone to go there if they are looking for wigs.
