Hamburg Coney Island

It’s a Coney Island. It has the atmosphere of a Coney Island. I ordered a chopped steak meal. It was delicious and the size of the portion was large. I believe I got every pennies worth plus some. Very friendly staff. I’ll be back the next time. I’m in this part of town.

I have been here twice now. The first time I went, the food was great. The second time, it was just ok; however it was also close to closing time, so that might have played a part. I think I ordered a Reuben and fries the first time I went. The second time I went, I got the smothered chicken breast with french onion soup. The chicken breast was seasoned nicely and had a good flavor to it. It would have been better if they used better cheese though. I had a similar experience with the soup; they used what tasted like American cheese on it. The soup also was missing the onions sauteed in wine flavor. The croutons were great though. Not bad overall and not expensive for what we got.

They have the best service, great food, useful wifi, and they kindly let me work remotely while keeping my coffee hot. ???? If you aren’t eating here, you're missing out!
