Great Wall Chinese Restaurant

Called to place order, answered the phone with hello not company name. Informed her I needed to place order for pickup. Very rude while I was trying to get help with order and instantly said she would call me back. 15 minutes later never returned my call. I called back while placing order ask her about the fried rice, she says ma'am please how many plates do you need very rudely and I kindly told her never mind. In the past, we have had great food from there but this particular lady has a bad habit of being quite rude. If she can't give you the courtesy of helping you with your order, why should I give her my business. How are they in business, just wanted to get help with the sizes of her fried rice. Please!

I have no real complaints. Food is a 6 out of 10. Food is done fast, and it's right to the point, but sometimes I feel a bit like I'm a bother to them. When I order they always say is that it? After everything I order lol and usually while I'm trying to say what I want. But I will go back, I work here and there is not a lot of options. I don't concered them rude just really to the point.

I’d say the food itself is 5 star but the service isn’t. The lady rushes you when you call and interrupts you when placing your order. She hangs up on you and you’ll have to recall her just to put your full order in. Sometimes my order is wrong, and I bet it’s because she always does that. I get the same order every time and always get a different price. When I went there the first time, it used to be 8 dollars and something, then later they stopped giving receipts and the price went to 9 dollars and the change would change constantly. It’s as if they don’t know the prices for their own menu. I understand the price might rise but the price shouldn’t always be change for every transaction.

Really nice people but have ordered take out from both locations and me, my wife, and our 1 yo son all got food poisoning after eating the sweet and sour chicken as well as Tso’s chicken and rice. Only eaten it twice and won’t again. Unless you like bubble guts DO NOT EAT HERE.

Decent food... walking in to order isn't the most pleasant experience.. you can be in the middle of ordering your food and a call will come in and she will take that order before completing yours. So instead of walking in I now call in my orders since those take presidence over the people standing in front of her.
