The food was checked and rotated often by the staff. It was tasty and hot. Beef and broccoli is usually my favorite, but the beef has a weird texture and the broccoli was uncooked, besides that, everything seemed excellent for the price. The price could easily be raised by 7-8$ for the weekend dinner buffet, I was shocked when I saw how low the cost was. And for the cost I thought everything was exceptional. The coconut shrimp and stuffed mushrooms were my favorite. They even have a hibachi grill and ice cream machine. The ice cream is definitely not real ice cream, but the texture and taste were good.
I'm giving this 5 stars for a few reasons. The food was absolutely standard for a Chinese buffet. Nothing was extraordinary but nothing was a disappointment either. Very pleased. The atmosphere was similar. Clean, tidy, not crowded, well maintained, but not at all fancy. The service, however, was standout. The right amount of attention, not overbearing and not inattentive. They were prompt, never forgot any request, and seemed happy that we were there. But the real shine on it was just that they were so kind, understanding, and ready to help out with a creative parking solution for my friend who uses a wheelchair. He drinks plenty of soda so they brought out a pitcher for him without any question. They were good serving staff and that's what pushed this over a 4 star place for me. It's not a typical 5 star kind of place maybe, but with realistic expectations, you should be very happy to visit this restaurant. Highly recommend.
Best buffet for the right price. I love the soft ice cream and the cheerful staff. My family is so delighted and grateful to our jolly host Mr. and Mrs. Carlos and Luciana Festejo.
For Chinese buffet here in a small town in the Northwest, it's not a bad place to go to feed the family for a reasonable price. It should be noted that I went there later in the day/evening and I was looking to indulge my inner fat kid and pig out. As with many buffets, Chinese or otherwise, the food was generally pretty good. However, I would not rank this as something akin to genuine Chinese food. The place was generally well packed and the staff were pleasant to friendly. The food was not overly spicy, but with buffet places, that's not an unusual thing because they cater to so many different people. I may have to go here again sometime in the future, and maybe at a better time, as that I don't think the tables were stocked as they probably normally are. I would certainly recommend this place to somebody if they are hungry and wanting to get a lot of bang for their buck. I probably would not send somebody here if they were looking to get some genuine traditional Chinese food. All in all, I had a good experience and I achieve the goal that I went there for, I did not leave with an empty stomach!
Sunday: March 20, 2022. 11:45a to 12:45nn No mask mandate as of this date. $15 per head for buffet $1.50 for soda (free refills) Water is free A woman greeted us and we were seated right away (Party of 5 adult and a baby). Floor was clean. Tables and chairs were clean. Highchairs are available, but sticky. So make sure you have wet wipes with you. There were a good amount of entrees to choose from and a number of dessert items. Plates and utensils were clean. Bowls and cups were clean as well. I think most of the food were frozen, but who really knows? Sushi and most prawns tasted old. The ice cream was a little let down because the vanilla and chocolate tasted almost the same. The restroom was still clean by the time we finished eating. Overall it was a decent experience for the price.
