CUSTOMER REVIEWS
Food stores like this are set up to keep these hypersegegreted neighborhoods stay oppressed. Stores like this have been the answer in " food deserts" - meaning the closest grocery store is x miles away - for generations. They are well known for taking advantage of residents. Selling loose cigarettes to loose Pampers- they are going to make sure the poor man keeps paying more and getting poorer. I do my best to stay out of them. The nature of the price gauging alone makes me nauseous. There are people that have no choice and must survive in these food deserts. Oppression is REAL and it has taken decades to get as bad as today. These danger zones- drugs, gangs, crime, poverty, LIFE EXPECTANCY EQUAL TO IMPOVERISHED COUNTRIES.... WITHIN THE USA?!?!? Wow. I live in this neighborhood and have shopped regularly.... this is a better "corner store... Small wood and West Baltimore St. Is one of the WORST!!!!!!
Owner charges fees to use debit cards. That is illegal in this state. This will be reported.
I love the customer service and since it's a small store if they don't have it they will get it. Also the are very convenient because they are open everyday of the week.
Itsok they need to talk to the people that comyin thier store much better
