Goldie's Seafood Carryout

Once we landed and picked up our rental car, my daughter and I made a beeline for Goldie's. I've always heard that Maryland has great seafood, so I was anxious to try it out and compare it to our seafood here in the South. Goldie's did not disappoint when it came to the food, but let's talk about the parking first. It's literally hit or miss. I parked on a side street after someone left thankfully, and walked to Goldie's. Parking is scarce, and I can't lie. The area was a tiny bit questionable, but I know how to conduct myself in environments like this, so I was okay. Once we got inside Goldie's, it took us a while to figure out what to get, but we settled on Shrimp and Spinach Pasta, a Maryland Style crabcake, and chicken pasta (not pictured). Goldies DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. It took a while to get, but there were orders ahead of us, and everything was prepared fresh. The portion sizes were great as well. If I'm ever back in Baltimore, I would definitely return without question. I forgot to mention that the flavored lemonade was good as well. All in all I paid around $70, which is a lot for lunch at a carryout spot, but the taste definitely lived up to the hype and seafood is much more expensive in Maryland than it is in the South. The crabcake is really what ran the bill up to be honest.

The food is always amazing!! The owner was there this time and he had awesome energy! I’m always happy to spend my money here! You know the energy they put into making the food is great! I will always reccomend!

Absolute BEST CRAB CAKES IN MARYLAND,,I had the Lamb Chops with Crab cake platter and was completely satisfied with my whole meal,My fiancé had the Stuffed potato seafood trio,We were stuffed and still trying to eat from each others plates,This establishment needs to have locations from state to state and one in New York would be a plus, the plus to this establishment is Randy S.,the Manager/Owner,His hospitality is very welcoming and we look forward to visiting Goldie’s next time we’re in town.

Everything I order from is always delicious and more than enough in portion size. I love there shrimp and grits they are divine ????????. Thank you Goldies for adding the peppers????!

I paid about 56 dollars for 3 lamb chops and 1 crabcake. Yellow rice and spinach. The wait was horrible. I waited about 45 mins. Rice and spinach was 3/10. Rice was kind of hard. Both were tasteless. The lamb was a little tuff. crab cake was good both were a 6.5/10. Customer service here sucks. Lady walked off on Customers waiting over an hour. They only asked for an explanation. Would I eat here again? No, food definitely was not worth the price.
