Golden Palace

Very friendly staff and the food was delicious; way better than I expected. They have a great selection of dishes to choose from and several different ice cream options for dessert. We really enjoyed our lunch there. Highly recommend the Golden Palace!

I loved the Dr Pepper, it was cold and fresh. The restaurant was warm and comfortable considering it was cold and rainy. Interior decor is outdated, its clean for its age, can't tell what color the carpet is suppose to be and the atmosphere is uninviting. The waitress was very attentive. The food was warm, taste was a seven on a scale of ten. Some items were so old and dry they were inedible. The food appeared to be all premade. Price was average. Was it awful no but its not a restaurant I would frequent often.

The food was disappointing. The green beans were so good, though. Crawfish were so overcooked couldn't even peel the tail, & flavor was poor. Some of the main Chinese foods were ok, but close to being overdone. Was dissatisfied & disappointed.

My husband and I regularly visit here when we want to get a bang for our buck! We usually spend around $35-37 for 2 fully loaded plates and a few extra sides when we do take out! The food is always delicious and service is great. They did recently go up on their prices slightly but nothing that would shy us away. It’s also a great place to stop by for lunch! Hubby and I had brunch here for my birthday & I was more than satisfied! Their honey shrimp and spicy chicken are 2 of my faves!
