Fujiyama Japanese Restaurant & Sushi Bar

We've been coming here since my wife was with child, my son first sushi experience was here and he was 4 at the time. at 8 he had his first Quail Shooter (no sake lol) at 10 all he wants to eat is sushi at Fujiyama ????

The best sushi place in the Prescott area, and overall a great little hidden gem! Been here multiple times before leaving a review, and each time the sushi has been incredible & fresh, the wait staff have been excellent, and all of their appetizer options are fantastic. Great spot for a date night or a larger group dinner, & the owners are incredibly friendly as well. Overall one of the best dining options in Prescott, would recommend, 10/10.

We had a surprise birthday lunch for my daughter there today, and we couldn't have been more pleased. They took fantastic care of everyone, were prompt and courteous with the service, and accommodated everyone's needs. The food was delicious. I heard everyone around me talking about how good it was.

Best sushi in PV/Prescott area. Staff is wonderful, food is delicious, and overall a great experience. Every single time we’ve dined in or take out, it was 5 stars! Love this place and highly recommend.

Our waitress was awesome atmosphere great. The rolls were ok could have had a bit more flavor and more choices and were a little pricey but all in all was a great birthday dinner!
