Fuji Japanese Steakhouse

The food was really good, the employees were friendly and the cook at our table was friendly and didn't talk too much or too little. The sushi was delicious, the best in Anderson. The steak and shrimp hibachi was very yummy. My one and only complaint is that I wish the protein portion was larger. It could be me just being picky though.

I love the teriyaki chicken meal but I was really sick and I just needed some of the soup. I asked the guy if I could pay over the phone and when I got there if I could call him and he set it outside the door so I didn't spread my germs to everybody. He accommodated my request and I really appreciate it. I love their food, their staff (especially Emerald!) and how clean the place is. If you get a chance, visit them. You won't regret it! Thank you for providing such a great place to eat in Anderson!

Extremely talented chef with good people skills. Waiter was great at refills. Food was beyond what I thought possible for my taste buds to experience. Overall a terrific experience!

Yesterday was my first visit. The employees were friendly and very efficient. The waitress brought my sister and I a bowl of delicious soup while we were looking at the menu, at no extra charge. She said she had made extra. I ordered the Hibachi filet mignon and shrimp, and Japanese egg rolls. It was all delicious, and I had enough to bring home. Will definitely be back soon.
