Sara stayed late to do a full set for me!! She did an amazing job and added that little extra bit of femininity I was needing after training Jiu Jitsu for 14 years and not really getting to be a “girl”, lashes was just the little touch to make me remember what feeling like a feminine woman is!! She was so sweet and did exactly what I asked!! Cat eyes and not too thick!! They are perfect!! I live an hour away and I’m so pleased with Sarah‘s work that I bought a membership and will make a day of it every two weeks! Thank you so much!!! ????

Fawn is amazing and very professional. She made my lashes look awesome. However, the store managers Michelle and Kaleya are very unprofessional and rude. I had a lash fill appointment scheduled with Kaleya weeks in advance before my sister’s bridal shower and she called and cancelled on me a day or two before. At this time I was paying for a membership to only get my lashes done by a master lash artist. She rescheduled me with an inexperienced lash artist who was a basic lash artist and would not try to fit me in another time. I got them done, the other lash artist burned my eye terribly, pulled my eyelashes out, and also did terrible on my lashes, there was no separation and they were not even whatsoever. I contacted the spa to let them know and they did nothing to fix it. I then asked to quit my membership effective immediately and they confirmed. The next month I was charged $120 dollars for a service I had cancelled and I tried to contact the salon to get my money back. They would not give me it back even after I emailed them asking for legal documents I signed saying I would be billed one month after my membership ends and they never got back to me. I had to get my bank involved. My bank found they found that they committed fraud so my bank gave me my money back and blocked them from my account. Overall a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Time to update my review! I finally took the step and got my lashes done by Megan! I love them and will never not have lashes again. Megan is totally awesome and made sure I was in love (which it's totally hard not to be). I've also had her do my eyebrows and they look fantastic. Let me tell you some darker brows makes a difference. The ladies here at the salon are awesome, I don't understand why all these people want to hate! I've been coming here over a year (for nails, recently for lashes) and I wouldn't go anywhere else for any of these services. I always come here to get my nails done by Bailey, she does an amazing job and always accommodates my crazy nail art ideas. I always leave feeling great about my fresh set of nails. While I haven't had much other interaction with the other staff, they all seem to be very pleasant. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

LOVE my lashes!!! Pan did them this morning and I couldn’t be happier!!! They are full and delicious!! I got the Volume set and wow did I get volume! She was so sweet and professional. She took the time to ask me exactly what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable. The salon is super cute inside and I love the sparkly unicorn in the front. The price is great too! Would highly recommend!! I know I’ll be a regular from here on out! Thank you Pan and Flirty lash!

I've seen crystal for years at flirty lash. Within the last year, new ownership took over. The new owner Shelby repeadly harasses the clients via text and Facebook messanger. This use to be a great place to go and take a nice "lash nap" while getting pampered. Sadly this has changed. Policies are not consistent, the atmosphere feels unwelcoming, and the owner makes you feel like you owe her something for nothing. She claims to have contracts holding you accountable for membership fees once you cancel your services, this is not true for my situation. credit card is charged for different amount than what is disclosed. Dont get me wrong, the lash artists are phenomenal, but ownership and their tactics have made it to where I will not be returning. Do yourself a favor stay clear of this place.
