Fish Fry

Four of us had the all you can eat catfish. The fish pieces were perfectly fried and were nice sized filets. Everyone agreed that the fish was particularly good tonight. Our other diner ordered the ribeye (medium) and he was also very pleased with the flavor and the level of doneness. Our server, Angela, attended to our every need, bringing extra tartar sauce, tomato relish and more hot fish. Our overall experience was 5 star.

If you don't ask for the boiled shrimp to be served hot, it would likely be 5 stars, but they were hard as the dickens to peel and bland - no seasoning, so I knocked off a star for that. The fried fish, hushpuppies, fries, and slaw were all good. We first found this place 9 years ago and were super excited to be driving through the area again so we could dine in. My husband is obsessed with the hushpuppies - they are long, skinny, and not greasy at all! We'll visit again next time we find ourselves close by and recommend others to try it too.

A must visit when in Paris, tx. The boiled shrimp and fried oysters are fantastic. The fries are even better than the hushpuppies. (And the hushpuppies are really good. ) our catfish was overcooked and tasted burnt and was extremely salty. But the other items were so good, we will be back to give it another shot. Skip the coleslaw. I understand sweet slaw, but this was horrible.

First time to eat here! Service was outstanding. Food ( ribeye) was perfect!! Wife had kabobs and loved it. Large serving with a very reasonable price. Owner even stop to check in on us . They also wished me a happy birthday. Highly recommend this restaurant. Back again and still one of the best places to eat!!!

Best catfish and sides. Definitely worth the drive. All-you-can-eat is a good value. Classy atmosphere, no TVs blaring. Been dining here when I'm in Paris for 40 years.
