not happy at all. I saw a lady and she was very friendly but my nails turned out horrible. i ended up getting my old set removed and she took them off by using a paint scraper and peeling them off. she didnt take the time to soak them off or to use any acetone at all. i asked for coffin and they are pretty much square. they look bubbly and uneven. the gel has a ton of bubbles and it it not equally coated. she made me bleed 3 different times on separate nails and I left on the verge of tears. she made comments about how my nails are "tricky" because they are little and uneven. it was pretty unprofessional. definitely will not be back. (in the pictures you can obviously see where I am bleeding. my cuticles are so swollen and red.)

I went here for my first time today! I really liked the Joe who was my nail technician. I got a mani/pedi and had a great experience. My technician used clean techniques and the whole place was nice and clean. I leave for vacation in Florida tomorrow! We will see how well my polish holds up this next week!

Last minute change and wanted to get my toes done as the weather is warming up. I knew I wouldn’t have made it to my normal salon on time before closing so I called Expert Nails to try a new salon near my house. Online their business hours stated they were open until 7:30. I had the generosity to call at 7:00 to see if they had time for a pedicure. The nail tech on the phone said yes. When I walked in I was greeted nicely and all was well. I got to my pedicure chair and both nail techs who were working asked me for more services. After I turned down a manicure and eyebrows, one nail tech talked on her phone the entire time of my service and the nail tech doing my nails barely communicated with me. As my pedicure was almost done, she told me “we closed at 7”. I instantly felt terrible and expressed to her that I was sorry and had no idea because online it showed 7:30 and over the phone they said they could service me. She proceeded to continue painting my toes a color I didn’t ask for and I was kind enough to say it was okay so I could get out of there due to them being closed. The open sign was on the entire time of my service as well so I had no idea. I was charged $15 more than the listed menu price for my services and expressed my appreciation for my service after hours and my apologies. As I was walking out, they were giving me rude looks and rolling their eyes at me. My entire visit, I felt very uncomfortable and will not be back.

This place was absolutely terrible. I had to come back three different days to have my nails fixed, and when I left the third day, they still looked terrible. My fingernails hurt, the sides of them were bleeding, they had no conversations skills and they try to do their work quickly to get done as soon as possible. it is very noticeable. I would not recommend this place to anyone

My daughter wanted her nails done for the Daddy-daughter dance, we went to 4 salons that did not want to do her nails. I called Expert and they said yes! I brought her in and she was seated right away. She got a manicure and polish. She feels like a princess getting pampered. Thank you! I will definitely recommend ????
