Robert is AWESOME! I was visiting my daughter in Pasadena last week and noticed a loud rumble while driving her car. We were scheduled to drive that evening to check in for a medical procedure and I was very concerned the car wasn’t safe! I pulled into his shop in an admittedly frantic state, asking for help. Robert immediately came to my assistance and took the car for a test drive with me. He heard the noise, agreed it should be checked out before our drive and told me to “go have a coffee”, that he would call me ASAP. A mere 30 minutes later he called to say I could come pick up the car—-that everything was fine! The noise was due to damage sustained by a close encounter with a pothole a year ago—-turns out my daughter knew this but her anxious mama did not! And, very generously, Robert refused to charge me for his service. I am extremely grateful to him for giving me peace of mind for our drive! I highly recommend him—-if I could give him 10 stars, I most certainly would!!!
