El Toto's Restaurant

We ordered a shredded beef enchilada plate, a burrito and 2 horchatas and it cost $60+ and when we went back with the same order but 1 horchata short it was $40. We complained about no enchilada sauce being on the enchiladas a wwek and half ago and they seem to be over charging us since. Nor sure why a horchata cost $20 or more Seems like crap to me and bull crap for a business to allow the employees to do this!!!!

The workers were very nice. They have a pretty big menu. Tacos were good! They gave us free chips and salsa while we waited.

We ate dinner their last night, due to a power outage in Lake Arrowhead. The service was great very friendly, but the food was terrible. Salsa and guacamole is awful. We ordered fajitas and a chili verde burrito. There was no flavor and we were both worried we would get sick if we ate it. We payed $80 for a dinner that we left on the table.

Food was ok. I was just on wrong side of town lol definitely white washed Mexican food but it was good. Served by which seem like a family so I definitely support that thank you! Generous. I appreciate the chips and salsa, honestly get the hot one it’s really good . The taquitos with guacamole were FIRE! The nachos need some work but good af too lol definitely coming back if I’m up there again

El Toto’s is one of like 2 decent places to eat in Running Springs. We first happened on this spot via the power outage 2 weeks ago. Ordered an adobada burrito for takeout, then came back later in the week and ordered the same in addition to a deep fried California burrito. I’ve never seen anyone make a chimichanga out of a California burrito, but this place pulled it off, amazing! The tortilla is perfectly crisp and the inside is still moist, even the guacamole and sour cream. I don’t know how they pulled it off, but it’s delicious!
