El Tapatio Mexican Restaurant

From other reviews, El Tapatio has been a hit or miss restaurant, but we had a pleasant experience. The food was great and the service was awesome ????! Our waiter was friendly and he checked on us whenever he could. I ordered some sizzling fajitas and the plate was loaded! You honestly pay for what you get. I really recommend their fajita plates.

Everything was delicious. The menu is large, so it took some time to decide. I settled on #11 -- Carne guisada and cheese enchiladas. My brother ordered the beef enchiladas with Verde sauce. Everything was delicious and plentiful. You will not leave hungry! Our server was also very sweet and friendly.

I had the El Tampiqueño and it was great, the steak was cooked perfectly and the flavor was good, The enchilada rice and beans were all good as well and paired well with the steak. I loved the flavor of the salsa and small side of beans that came with the chips. The waitress was friendly and our food came out fast. The restaurant was clean and very nice.

Decent Tex-Mex breakfast. I ordered the machacado plate. Everything was good. Only complaint would be the amount and size of the machacado. Almost couldn’t tell it was in the eggs. Service was good. Not a bad choice overall for breakfast.

Everything was excellent cheese enchiladas topped with Carne guisada and more cheese best plate ever great service and amazing margaritas ????
