El Canaveral Mexican Restaurant (Stuttgart, AR)

There were three of us this evening here. And everything was excellent, from cameronis fondito to the polio fondito, and the green chili the coronarita were great. The chips were fresh and perfectly crisp but soft they were perfect. Vincente was a great server, was fast, and friendly.

The food is great the service is great The new steak they have is the best in town you half to ask for the big one it’s not on the menu yet

And again this place still takes the crown for me has the best restaurant in town I never have any issues when I come here to spend time with family and eat some awsome food

Closed at 2pm on a Wednesday even tho hrs say 11-9 and the sign was flipped to open... literally locked the door as I walked up.. BTW if your a semi driver avoid this place they clearly forgot who brings the food the building the supplies...

Ok. Here's the deal. My significant other and I have been 3, count 'em 3 previous times that were not so good experiences. Anyway, decided to give them 1 more try today and once again, a disappointment. When he ordered a dish with chicken on our previous visits, there was no meat in it at all. Today, I ordered a chimichanga lunch plate, server said "chicken chimichanga", I replied "no, beef, please". Guess what? Got chicken. Sent back, it was rushed, chimichanga was more like a burrito with cheese on top, not fried at all. So, if you want chicken say beef, if you order chicken, there probably won't be any meat at all..... The server the 2nd and 3rd time even remembered that there was no chicken on his chicken dish the 1st time!!!! NEVER going back to this establishment.
