East Troy Bodyworks

I had my rear bumper replaced. East Troy Body Works did the replacement, painting to match the rest of car & everything else behind the bumper that needed replacement. Brad did an awesome job and he went above and beyond in quality work. He even touched up areas of my car that paint was chipped or dinged. He and Sandy provided great customer service and every question was answered for me. I highly recommend them for your auto body needs. Any future body work I may need, or want I will definitely go to East Troy Body Works for service. Thank you Brad & Sandy!

I brought my vehicle in for an estimate on some minor body damage and spoke with Brad- he gave me several options how to address it versus just quoting me the most costly method. I brought my vehicle back today and Brad completed the work quickly and didn’t even charge me! I highly recommend them- fantastic people who are honest and knowledgeable. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Small local and family owned body shop, Brad and Sandy. Very friendly and honest. Good experience Gave me a fair estimate on my repair. Even my insurance agent was surprised that the estimate wasn't much higher than they are normally used too with other places. They were able to fit me into their busy schedule since my repair was an easier job than some of the others they had to deal with. The job was done in a little over a week which included the Thanksgiving holiday. Did a great job for a fair price. Totally satisfied. This isn't the kind of business that I would normally want to go back to since it involves car repair, but if I have to then this is the place I will take my vehicle again and recommend to others. ET Bodyworks repaired the damage done to my Kia when it was broken into. Thankfully they replaced the window before the rest of the repairs could be done (& before it rained!) The repairs that were done were done very well. They were easy to get ahold of and kept in contact with me during the time my car was in their possession. They were honest, reliable and very pleasant! I would definitely use them again (hopefully I don't have to!) & will definitely recommend to anyone who may need body work done!

I recently had some hit and run damage on my Nissan in Waukesha county. After asking several friends and coworkers for references, I brought my car to Brad at East Troy Body works. I couldn't be more pleased. Brad provided an estimate in about 15 minutes, and he handled all the paperwork and communication with my insurance company. His staff even coordinated a rental car during the repair The repairs look good as new and he even took some additional time to detail the inside of my vehicle. To top it off, he completed the repair ahead of schedule and was able to save me some money from my deductible. Overall, the quality of work, combined with the great customer service, make my recommendation 5 stars. He will be my recommended body shop to any one who asks.
