DOO Dah's DINER

The food was good, But nothing out of the ordinary. The staff acted like they really did not want to be there. I feel like all the reviews I read about this place must of been written by the staff and their relatives..

What a nice surprise in this small diner! The owner is very friendly and hard working taking orders, greeting customers and serving hot coffee! As my son said " OMG this is the BEST breakfast ever!" The pancake was big and the eggs taste like fresh farm eggs. The coffee kept being refilled instantly and all people were friendly inside, felt as we went in to visit our friends home. Highly recommend it! ???? Come for the food stay for the ambiance and friendly service. ????

Great atmosphere and good food. Had the feel of breakfast at Moms house. The owner treated us like family members.

Best pancake we've ever had! HUGE! I got the hot beef sandwich, and the gravy was made from scratch, Beef was so tender it melted in my mouth. It's an hour's drive for us, but I'm already planning when we can go back for breakfast some weekend, yes it was that good ????

Small cafe on Marshalltown's main drag. Nothing fancy, well kept and clean. Owner was very friendly as he brought us coffee and menus. I had the biscuits and gravy. Very delicious with soft biscuits and gravy was good and had a lot of sausage in it. She had the eggs, bacon and pancakes. 4 crispy/tasty strips and I could smell the pancakes coming. They had a very unique, sweet smell that made me hungry for them too. Prices are very reasonable. Would love to go back again
