Donaldson Park

Excellent park to take your kids to especially if you're looking for some shade. Playground equipment is new ish. Plenty of benches and benches and pavilions with picnic tables only downside. I can think of is that the bathrooms are occasionally locked and there's no showers to rinse off from the lake water. Other than that it's amazing perfect spot for a picnic party we're just hanging out with the kids.

Adorable family friendly park! My son loved the playground and the beach, restrooms were clean, park was clean, nice picnic area. We loved it and will stop by again. Video version goes to our channel on YouTube this afternoon.

Old playground equipment. Decent restrooms/covered picnic areas. Lakeview. Plentiful parking. Be mindful of what time of day you visit with crowds. Only public playground in this city?

Cute little park in the area. I love the events they have here too. I went to a Blueberry and Bluegrass festival they had here and loved it. I enjoy going for walks around the lake and even sit and have ice cream every once in a while. Fun for the family to simply get out and enjoy the area.

Nice little park with great restroom facilities. Osprey best nearby to watch them hunt over the orange groves. Deep boat launch and nice dock.
