It’s been a while since I’ve read these reviews. I used to be able to comment back to people to give them feedback on behalf of my dads shop so until I figure how how to do that again, I’ll leave some notes here to past and future clients: Thank you to those who have left awesome reviews. My dad, his family and his guys work extremely hard to provide the absolute BEST service. The core of this business for him is honesty. Sometimes people will bring in estimates from other local shops and he just laughs because the costs are outrageous for stuff that can go a couple more months or things that are absolutely not relevant to your issue. I’m so happy to see that most of everyone has had an amazing experience & will continue to come here for their vehicles needs. To the gentleman who left the comment about being annoyed from repeating information to my dad: 1. He’s deaf. In literally both ears. There’s a sign on the counter that says “speak up, I’m deaf” lol .. also he still has the fiberglass barriers up between him & the customer from Covid. So before you visit the shop, please speak up as the shop is loud & he’s hard of hearing. I would call it selective hearing because he hears everything I say even if I am talking underneath my breath ??????????? To the girl who left the extremely long negative post: you should have had your dad come in. The fact that you are a female means absolutely nothing to anyone lol .. many people come in with problems that their uncles sisters grandma “fixed” & then come into the shop not wanting to be informed & given the honest truth about what’s actually happening in your vehicle. This is an actual shop, not someone’s back yard. They do things according to regulations & protocol. Not YouTube videos. Also he just got a Keurig with free coffee, hot chocolate, tv, bathroom and reading material. They do free estimates and will look at any estimate you bring in if you think something is off. No appointments are needed, just stop by! Leaving your vehicle is always preferred for longer jobs. If you want an honest job done with competitive pricing, this is your place. This place is awesome, they work on my vehicle fast. They are very nice and polite. They are very cheap on charging people of the neighborhood. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal.
