Dazzling Nails

They are a very bunch of nice ladies, they are not unprofessional it’s a very busy shop. We Americans are so used to fast everything that, when we have to wait we say unkind things. If you are not the type of person that likes to wait this shop is not for you! But if you have time and patience you will be satisfied with the work and in the end it will be worth your time!!

I had the worse nail experience ever here. This is my first time at this nail salon and I did not stay long nor did I end up getting my nails done. The nail tech was beginning to soak the dip powder off my nails which does not take that long when another person walked in that she knew and she decided to ask another tech who had 15 mins before she could get to me to finish my nails. Her reason was that my nails needed to soak when actually she had no consideration for the new customers time and opinion of the situation. After sitting for 10 mins I decided the service was not professional or organized. This nail shop will never have the opportunity of me walking in the doors again. My advice for those who like a professional environment which values new and returning customers do not step foot in this nail salon. I’ve never written a review in my life, but this experience warranted one.

They did such a good job. I love my girlfriends nails and so does she. Would recommend this place, nice dedicated staff

Saturday June 24th 2023 was my first experience at this place. I would have giving it a better rating but the one person Michelle made it a not so great experience. Let’s start out with she did my eyebrows and my eyebrows has a natural shaped to it that I love. Most times they don’t even have to be touched just cleaned up a bit. I’m in my 40s and this was the first time someone has ever told me and I quote , “ oh whoever did your eyebrows before messed them up the arch is too high.” I said that’s my natural I shape. She says and I quote, “your natural eye shape doesn’t make your face look good!” So you are pretty much telling me my god giving eyebrow structure makes me face not look good. Now if I had low self esteem that would have really did a number on me but I don’t. Next I normally get regular mani’s with nail art on one finger. I asked do you do nail art she lets me know that nail art doesn’t look good on regular nail polish. I have been doing nail art on regular nail polish for decades. I said are you telling me you can’t do nail art on regular nail polish she said it has to be gel or it won’t look good. I proceeded to respond she says I don’t even have the stuff to do nail art. Thanks but no thanks I won’t be going here again. Furthermore a costumer next me said next time don’t go to her she is not so great.
