D&M's Tiki Bar and Crab Deck

A very nice place...but service wasn't all that great.. As part of our Baltimore Juneteenth Rideout we selected to have Dinner here with over 100 guest, they were not prepared at all in which the Host visited months ahead to plan for the big celebration. People waited HOURS for their food, some food even came uncooked, really terrible experience with guest in our City. I cannot rate the food because mine NEVER came I had to be refunded for my order after waiting a hour to place the order and simply went somewhere else to eat. They had 2 bartenders ? whom was slow as eva until the white girl came to speed up the process but end up making matters worst. This made us look bad as a group????????

This place is HORRIBLE! We were a table of five which is a normal sized party. We first had incorrect and awful tasting drinks from the bar. The food took FOREVER to come out, which were all small portions for the prices. The worst food was when they served us overcooked shrimp that were not deveined at all, so they served us SHRIMP POOP! Then when we asked for any type of the compensation for our awful experiences throughout the 2.5 hours we were there because they took so long, our waitress said “There is no manager here tonight in order to compensate anything..” (But apparently the manager is online writing responses to all the awful reviews trying to defend this place when they need to manage this place better!) The awful part of it all was that in order to “comp” us, they took our waitresses gratuity off, which we were not okay with so we still gave her a tip. I honestly blame the lack of management, poor standards and quality this place holds, and the lack of care that is evident throughout the whole place, which again stems back to the lack of management. We will NEVER come back!

Was served dead crabs literally smelled like ammonia didn't want to complain but spoke with the owner who turned to be rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Now I came out my way to support them three times and then to be met with such horrible service is ridiculous. I didn't even want a refund I just really wanted them to recognize the error In their ways but hey that's probably why each time I went there was NOT A SOUL THERE EATING very disgusting place do not go I was warned but still wanted to support *edited in response to his comment If you see the comment from the owner you will see what I mean. They gave me the last dead ones and the crab guy came at my last tray which consisted of 3 crabs (of maybe 4 trays which had 6 crabs on each ) which they advertised as a large medium mix the was all smalls. Which I didn't mind as it was 30 bucks the but maybe over all one or two trays are was decent All I can say is people had the same comments and reviews as I do we all can't be wrong Also sir please share the video audio included and make sure you zoom in on all the WHOLE CRABS LITERALLY THROWN IN THE BEER BIN YOU GAVE ME TO DISCARD MY CRABS ACTUALLY FEEL FREE TO SHARE THE TRASH FROM TODAY AS MY FAMILY MEMBER AND I WAS 2 OF YOUR DINE IN CUSTOMERS

Service was amazing at the bar very helpful. Had two food items the crab did and the shrimp basket both were delicious and great prices 10/10 will go here again !

Was in area and wanted something good to eat, did a to go order. Crab dip tasted sour and full of cream cheese hardly no crab meat, seafood Alfredo was broken and tasted sour as well. The chicken wings was good but it was not too much to them….I would not recommend none of the food but the atmosphere was great and probably a good place for drink and listen to music
