Cut Loose

I’ve gone here a couple times before and this last visit is certainly my last. My stylist was Amy and originally I was thrilled to get her because I remember her from Cutting Connection when I was a kid and I loved her. Not the case this time around, my two half-hour appointments (one for myself and one for my 10 year old daughter) were flicked away after a total of 15 minutes combined. She didn’t offer or ask if we wanted washes beforehand, there was ZERO conversation from her even though my daughter tried several times to speak to her, and upon responding to her question about what I wanted done for both of us, her response indicated not so much that what I wanted done (a layered cut with face-framing layers for both my daughter and myself) couldn’t be done, but that she just didn’t want to do it. My son spent $100 dollars on a gift certificate there for me for Mother’s Day and what I was hoping for (an experience with my daughter that could have been a really nice bonding experience for us both) turned out to be a 15 minute rush session that cost WAY more money than it was worth and after looking at my daughter’s hair today, I’m not entirely sure just exactly it was Amy did that justified the cost. I am incredibly disappointed and if that is the type of experience one gets with this stylist, maybe retirement should be a consideration because your passion clearly fizzled long ago.

I couldn’t book with her cuz she didn’t have what I needed BUT she was honest- caring & professional at the same time- took time to double check for me and explain- you can tell she takes pride in her craft-highly recommend

I had an amazing overall experience with the staff and the service was outstanding! Got a great haircut for my CV-TEC Graduation! Definitely recommend coming here for a nice and comforting haircut!
