Crown Fried Chicken

Casual dining with excellent food! I got the mixed kabob (chicken and beef) and the flavor was amazing! The meat is super tender and juicy, salad was fresh, and rice was really yummy as well. And as you can see from the photos, the portion size is also excellent. Every time I am in there the employees are pleasant, helpful, and smiling or laughing with each other. Hard to find good food but its even harder to find pleasant people who enjoy their jobs and have great customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This store is terrible, it smells like cockroaches. I don't see any hygiene when handling food. I bought wings and they were apparently fried in very old oil. And the delivery people are completely disrespectful. I saw several complaining about the wait, and they stop the delivery orders to serve the customers who arrive at the store. There is no order or organization in anything they do. avoid this place.

They accept the Fitchburg State Onecard discount which is a bonus for any establishment. The gentleman that's usually there repeats your order to you when he's done taking it to make sure there's no mistakes, and even reads the receipt to you when picking up to make sure everything's included. I've been there multiple times and I've never been disappointed.

Well, I think this is my first negative review. The gentleman taking orders and handing out the pickup orders was multitasking. He grabbed uncooked chicken with his bare hands to put into the frier after dealing with transactions at the counter. It was not my food. It took over 10 minutes to get our food. As we were about to leave, another worker grabbed already cooked chicken from the heating plate. A piece fell on the floor. He picked it up and placed it into the frier. I will not be going back. My son tossed his food. I took a bite of mine then did the same thing.

This place is awesome, i go there very time I'm in the area. Food is delicious, fresh and the owner is very friendly. They usually take lots of orders via phone and the they "cook-to-order" so there maybe some waiting time, usually 10 - 15 mins but its worth the wait. Owner is a great guy.
