Homemade to order ice cream!! It was even better than it looked. My son the mint, daughter, Cookie Monster, dad salted caramel, and I had the coffee, not pictured because I ate it too fast. It had toffe chips. Amazing must try during these hot summer days! We were at the Menifee location.

This newer location is tucked away and almost hidden. Glad I used google maps to find it. We parked and walked over. It almost seemed closed as it looks a little dark at night. We opened the door and the bright creamistry inside design said we were in the right place. Other people were enjoying their custom ordered ice cream. We stared at the menu board fro a second, then placed our order. You first choose a base, then a flavor, then ingredients that you can either have mixed in or as a topping. I chose a regular mint m&m and my girl got a regular strawberry with strawberries and cheesecake as toppings. Once our order was complete another employee came out from the back and the magic began. Liquid ingredients went into the mixing bowl, she attached it to the mixer and turned on the nitrogen, spreading freezing smoke throughout the mixing area and freezing the ice cream. She disconnected the bowl and slid it across the counter to the next team member that puts on the final touches before serving it. Then the start on the next order. So amazingly quick. It looks like so much going on with all the ingredients and mixing process. What amazes me is it’s faster to make ice cream than getting a coffee at Starbucks. End product is a firm perfect tasting ice cream exactly as I ordered. We love this place and it’s a preferred way to get ice cream.

Wasn't expecting them to essentially make the ice cream infront of you! It was fun to watch and SO GOOD?!

Disappointed- this used to be our favorite ice cream place! Obviously under new ownership- handmade signs instead of TV displays, asked for a large and got a regular, ice cream (both regular and cashew) weird consistency and not good at all. Haven’t been here in a few years and sadly will not be back

Hunter assisted us today. She was lovely. She was training Leslie on how to make the awesome creations. I enjoyed watching her learn and Hunter is a great leader and she has a great attitude! The overall experience was really fun!!! The ice cream was delicious!!!! I'm a vegan... So I got the coconut milk and the cookie butter mix. It was delicious and I recommend everyone going¡ It's cool too because they do cakes and cupcakes! The creations they make are artistic and delicious. Great job ladies¡
