Sadly, I went to the Stuart's Draft location today to use the vacuum and get a car wash. I started with the vacuum and was disappointed when I put 2 quarters into the machine only to notice that there was no way to get my change back. So, I thought well, I decided to try the other side ( it looked as if it were in better condition than the one that I tried first). I inserted $1.25 and nothing happened. So I tried to use the coin return ( that side has one) but no return. So, I decided to go elsewhere to get a car wash and a vacuum that works. I was very annoyed because I try to support small business owners consistently. But when your equipment doesn't work it's hard to do so. Please give me another opportunity to try your business. However, if you don't want the business I understand. I went back to take a picture and someone had put a piece of paper in the slot to prevent the next person from having a similar problem. No telling how many customers had the same unpleasant experience.
It does not clean your car as well as the brushes do or doing it yourself by hand. Leaves grime on windows, underside, lights ECT. Not worth the money spent.
No soap in washer and change machine stole 1.00 from me
Don't use quarters!!! Only use dollar bills for vacuum stations. People keep messing with the quarter compartment on the vacuum machines. So each time I go to use it they don't work. The last two times I've tried to vacuum my car it eats my quarters and I lose my money each time. I was able to call and let the guy know that the quarter spot was not working, he told me to put a dollar bill in it, that worked perfect the vacuum machine cut right on.
Used to be a great wash and is easy to use. However, they have updated their system to accept cards only. So now you are forced to pay a $10 premium per wash because they are “temporarily not accepting quarters”....mhm. They basically just charge whatever that want and you have no idea how much or why. Unacceptable - wash your car at home.
