First, I will say that I believe they do good work and they have exceptional customer service. However, I'm a bit dismayed at my repairs costs today for my front and rear brakes. I was charged $1328 to have this service done with them providing the parts. Afterwards, I was curious how much the parts cost. Only to find that instead of being charged for the entire brake kit which I could have bought from store as low as $122 or so. Instead, I was charged $128 per brake and $77 per pad and then for each rotor. This added an additional $400-500 to my repair costs. While, I understand having the assurance of it being covered by warranty, I don't think it was worth it. I wish I would have done my research and bought them myself. I called Midas and they told me if I bought them myself and just had them do the repair, it would have only cost me $370 for labor + the cost of buying parts myself which would have cost me more or less $900. If I got the parts from them, it would have cost me a little less than $1100 for the front and the back brakes in total. That's still a difference of $228 from what I paid compared to what Midas charges for providing the brakes and doing the labor. I should have a called around 1st. But, in my defense, I went because I had a prior quote from the previous owner who said he would honor it. When I arrived today, I found out it could not be honored and their was a new owner. I just trusted that I was getting the best price because in the past they have had the best price and I wanted to get the work done. But, it seems like I ended up paying above the price compared to Midas. Next time, I will not rush to get work done and make sure I call around to compare pricing information and Google the cost of parts which I usually do. But, today was an exception. I'm not saying not to go there because again I do believe they do quality work and have great customer service. But, do your due diligence in price comparisons so you do not unnecessarily waste money.

Best auto repair shop in Phoenix! They treat their customers like family. I shopped prices for my auto brake repair and Compu-Tech Automotive had the best price and offered a two year, 24K nationwide warranty. I also know of an elderly lady who brought her estimate from another shop. She is on a fixed income and was in tears. Compu-Tech did the work for a fraction of the cost because they have integrity and are not the type of people that take advantage of others. If you are looking for quality work at the best price, this is the place!

I brough my Jeep Grand Cherokee into Compu-Tech and the owner Tim was an absolute pleasure! I felt I was in good hands with the team. I had a check engine light on and turns out I needed a new sensor! Tim also did a tire rotation and synthetic oil change. The quality of service and price was great, I highly recommend.

Not everyday you see a business owner working in the pits along side of his crew. I needed some help with restoring a 2006 Humvee. I watched with my own eyes the man himself, Compu-Tech Tim, get under this vehicle and personally worked on the transmission. He definitely has my respect and future business.
