City Mills Park

The actual park "field" was clean and seemed well kept.. Now in the woods towards the stream is definitely in need of picking up trash. Does anyone know what those concrete step looking things are for where the steam is. That was a surprise wasn't expecting that. ?????

Perfect landscape...But not ideal for kids for lack of playground.
