Cisco Inn

I came to Cisco for a school reunion and the place where I usually stay was booked up. The other place I tried wouldn't stop talking long enough for me to get a word in edgewise to book my room so my next choice was this place. I stayed here 4 years ago and didn't have a very good experience so I was a little hesitant but it was my only option. I came in and got MUCH BETTER service from the front desk and when I got to my room, it had been completely redone and looked 15 times better than the one I had last time, the internet works a lot better and there are more options to choose from on the television. The only thing is there's no ice machine or bucket to get ice but overall, they've really improved this place and made it look like they actually care about getting business. I will most definitely stay here again in the future, not only for the great improvement in service in cleanliness but because of the special memories I have of this place. My grandmother worked at the front desk here right after she retired from her job so there's a bit of sentimental value to this place and it's within walking distance of a convenience store and a few eating places.

Will Not be staying here again rooms were gross and the shower was not cleaned bugs were everywhere and around 7-8 am this morning one of the workers came into my room unlocked the door and everything and woke me up and my wife and I were not fully clothed and he saw us and made my service animal go crazy

Last minute impulsive decision to get outta town, nowhere in particular just away... The heat was so oppressive, even my ride or die dog was just miserable. Spotted this place, pulled off 20 and called it. The owners were so genuinely nice. They asked if I was okay, gave me a bottle of ice cold H20, and a sparkling clean room that had already been cooled down, and that was after I interrupted their family dinner! Thanks y'all for making us feel so welcome. ????

Literally just pulled in from Nevada. Was gonna stay 2 nights. Before I got into the room there were alot of ants by the door and along the frame. Went in hoping for the best and my grand child immediately saw a cricket. Then another well to say the least we requested a refund as we are NOT EVER going to stay there. Was out right refused to me and my son who paid for the room via card. DONT RECOMMENDED STAYING HERE.

They don’t clean ur rooms. I’ve been sleeping on the same sheets for 3 months now. They also haven’t swept since I been here neither. Trash is barely taken out. They forget towels quite often when they do “service” ur room. I’d only give this place a stay and go title
