Cindy's Cafe

Decided to stay for a day in Dickson after my visit in Nashville for work. Picked this little café for breakfast before stopping by Montgomery Bell for a bit. Honestly the food was okay (had biscuits with sausage and gravy, and french toast). I'm still raving about this place because of the hospitality and service I was shown while there. Completely trumped Texan friendliness. I honestly wasn't sure how it'd go but I came away so impressed by Tennessean hospitality shown solely in this restaurant. Some of the best service I've ever received. (My server was named Cindy, but not the owner Cindy). Thank you so much for your love and kindness!

Stopped while driving from Knoxville to Memphis. Faster than fast food. Better than fast food. Better than moms home cooking. If looking for meat and 3, this is it! Quaint family run place that we made a Togo order since we had dog in car. Catfish was on point. Greens, navy beans, Mac n cheese spot on. Wish we would have had homemade dessert. This is your ____-cream pie type place. We will be back! Thanks Cindy and team and especially her niece who made us feel welcome while (short) waiting....

This is our first time that a country kitchen cooking in-front of us which you can see how they cook our foods. Foods are really delicious leaving my plate empty?????????Always cooking from the heart, no rush! And price is reasonable! Staff are friendly and happy working together here…and we’re spoiled with the coffee which we cannot live without it??????????! Update 01/6/2024: We’re back here to have breakfast and still packed of diners that are come and go! Service are always great! We definitely be coming back here again and again! My husband and I stopped here on our way home from Nashville. Instead of going to a more popular chain restaurant we decided to stop and try a small business instead. We cannot say enough good things about this place. Everyone from the staff to other customers were so incredibly friendly. It has a nice small town country feel to it and I absolutely love that they have a cross hanging up on the wall inside. The food was very tasty and reasonably priced as well. If we could, we would give this place 10 stars! The only negative is we live like an hour and a half away from them. ????????

Great locally owned restaurant located near interstate 40 in Dickson Tennessee. First time at this restaurant that was recommended to me by a friend that lives in the area. My go to order of a club sandwich with fries and a soda was spot on. Great prices, fast service and awesome food from a good menu has this restaurant on my gotta go back to list.
