Chee Kong Restaurant

After living in Davison for 2 years and afraid to get Chinese food because all the reviews and comments of Chinese food in the area were not so good.. I decided to give them a try… I am so happy I did.. the food was very fresh and good.. I got the almond boneless chicken.. there was actually almonds under the first row of chicken. The egg roll was a bit bland.. but still good.. I definitely will be going back… new favorite carryout place!

Excellent tasting food. It is all very fresh, along with large quantity. My favorite is the sweet and sour chicken. I also like the chicken egg foo young. Great tasting gravy for it. The rice is soft and fluffy. Since Covid it is carry out only. The restaurant appears very clean. Definitely still a favorite.

Looks like a storage room inside. I paid $40 dollars for one and a half dinners. And some crab ragoons, which were raw. The egg roll tasted so off, kinda like chemically tasting? Has a terrible experience. Will never go there again! And I suggest you don't either. I suggest south gourmet Cantonese on Saginaw St in Burton/flint area. Far superior with the prices, taste, service, and portions. Hope this review was helpful. I wrote this for those considering trying a different Chinese place, but this is not it. ????????????

Since new ownership this place has seriously gone Downhill! To say it's a disappointment is understatement! Sweet and sour chicken is supposed to have have vegetables....Not just chicken nuggets, rice and sauce on the side?? What is that? Now you Don't get soup with your meal like we ALWAYS have before! Definitely going to start buying from somewhere else! They will Lie to your face and tell you it's Always been this way! Rude and Will Never Get a Dollar from me Every Again! Profit over People Horrible Service! To put this in proper perspective, I've been a Davison resident for over 20 and this used to be my favorite Chinese Restaurant in Michigan!!!! Now it's Chinese McDonald's but Worse! They are so lazy they don't even let you sit inside anymore! This place has become a disgrace!

I usually come here to get sweet and sour or orange chicken and they do a great job. But tonight I got chicken stir fry (#8) and it was disgusting. It was super wet. And NO SEASONING AT ALL. Just white rice, chicken, and vegetables. I will never get it again. And if they do something to make it right.. I’ll continue to come to them
