The ownership recently changed, so the sign outside reflects the new name. Service was very kind & generous, space was comfortable & clean, and the food was delicious. Look forward to returning!

One of the best places I’ve had Mexican food from. This is a small place, hole in the wall, but it is AMAZING and so worth it. Bring cash because they do not take cards. Anything on the menu is delicious and fresh.

Every time I'm in fort lupton I always make a trip here. Chavez Mexican food is the best!! Very authentic. You rarely find mexican food as authentic and delicious like this. Great find! Will always come back!

Stopped in for a to go burrito for my drive back home. The barbacoa burrito was very good. I should have gotten something else to try too. Small place, but they are doing it right. Prices are very reasonable. I’ll try a breakfast burrito the next morning I am up there for work!

What happened to this place??? Came in every weekend. Last weekend things were different. There are now red and green sauces that don't even come close to the original red sauce they had. Potatoes 2 weeks in a row were not fully cooked. The kicker to this all is that a handheld burrito is now 8.00 Dollars. They just gave a huge present to Santiagos by decreasing the quality an increasing the price. Maybe under new management or new owners, whatever the reason for this change unfortunately I believe they will regret it. So hard to find a good mexican restaurant and when you do, they change. Good luck to Chavez family restaurant, they just lost my 75 00 a week purchases and who knows how many others. Oh well back to Santiagos.
