The best cookies do actually exist and they are baked and stored in this spectacular shop! In Arlington! Their cookies are hands down the best cookies in the world; huge/thick and dense yet perfectly baked, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside!! My favorite is the ginger molasses but other ones are very good as well. Even if you are not a cookie lover, Chaotic Bakery is a MUST! If you visit during weekends, you are most likely to stand in a LONG line, so visit during weekdays if possible. They offer 100s of different baked items but damn those cookies are outstanding!

This is the place for gourmet baked treats that always delight. The menu changes daily and always a new surprise; something new to taste. The ladies here are as sweet and unique as the pastries and well worth a visit. Hard to believe a hidden gem like this is right on main street of Arlington, and not downtown Seattle or Bellingham. Try the “Cruffans,” if you’re lucky enough to get there on a day they appear, but any day you go, you won’t be disappointed. Also, the coffee is excellent!

I had a lemon pinwheel still warm from their oven and it was delicious! I also bought a gluten free dark chocolate macaroon and a gf white chocolate macaroon for my mom. She said they were the best macaroons she has ever had. I'll succumbing be back to try some more great treats!

Stopped by on a whim. Wanted a butterhorn which they didn't have and i was almost disappointed until I saw THE CUPCAKES!!!! I normally would go for chocolate, but they had many yummy flavors. She offered me a sample of the Green Tea with Matcha Frosting, which i would never pick for myself. I loved it and ended up buying that flavor! It was so moist and tender and the flavor was amazing! Such a great experience! Great food and such friendly people! Well def go back, several times

I have been to this bakery twice and I drove from Everett and is so worth the drive. I have had a few different cupcakes, the cruffins with raspberry mascarpone filling and the best, most amazing, delicious scones. One was cheddar and bacon and the other was pesto/Parmesan. The ladies are so friendly and welcoming and talented. You can’t go wrong with anything you get there. Just go early or you will miss out.
