I love coming here. The place is always clean and the staff is very welcoming! Ivy has been doing my nails for 3 years now and she always does an amazing job! She listens to what the customer what’s and does her best to make it happen! She focuses on the details and is always very kind!! I recommend her to anyone!! One of my favorite sets yet!!

One of my friends asked me to come with her to get a manicure and pedicure. She spoke highly of this business. So, I decided to go and get a manicure and pedicure as well. The business setup was nice and seemed clean. However, the service was subpar by the lady who did my manicure and pedicure. She cut to deep in my cuticle while clipping my toe nail on one of my big toes. When I requested her to stop, she continued to ignore me until I moved my foot and that hurts. When she started again, she did it again and laughed. This is an unprofessional behavior. I hope and pray that nothing medical comes out of this. Also, she did complete the service and rushed to another customer. I had to get someone to finish. My friend that I went with received poor service as well. Her toenails were cut extremely short. The person didn’t ask her how she wanted them cut. She was a regular customer and recommended this place to me. It was my first time there. The services were not good by the persons that attended to us. I should have asked for one of the best persons there. Nevertheless, I am looking for somewhere else to go.
