Nice to see this place getting another chance. The new managment has cleaned and scrubbed the building inside and out. We brought a very large group in during the week and while our service was a little slow, we were all taken care of. Everyone’s meals were correct and lots of compliments on the food.

I love coming on Sundays, but the bartender is deplorable. I will no longer be getting anything from inside. This is the third time me and my husband have been left waiting more times than I can count, getting passed up by at least five people before given the time of day. We may not be golfing, but we're playing Cornhole, still here and should be treated the same. In fact, today I was asked to wait additional time so she could retrieve a bucket. This is after my husband waited for ten minutes to cash in pull tabs, being passed up for two other people walking in. He left, as he should have. In progress, yelling and commanding at her puppy dalmatian while people are trying to enjoy their food. I'm not a fan of a dog following me to the bathroom nipping at my hands and clothes. I love dogs, but there's a time and place. I also don't appreciate being called "honey", "baby girl", "babe", "cutie" when trying to smooth over wrongs. Today was my last straw with the crappy customer service we've been receiving for weeks. Foods great, but unfortunately the I was left with a bad taste in my mouth.

Hoping to experience a new dining place, but totally disappointed. We waited 30 minutes to be waited on, then another 20 for our appetizers. Almost forgot we got a salad, it took so long. Sandwich was supposed ro have extra meat, it didn't. Steaks were tough and tasted off. Service was extremely slow. Seemed the staff catered to the patrons at the bar more than families.

I went to Putter’s Pub this afternoon for burger takeout. I was warmly greeted by the staff. I enjoyed a tasty IPA (Elysian Space Dust) while I waited for my food. The manager overheard my order for a custom burger, and stepped in to ensure I got the BEST possible price for this custom sandwich. That was great service. I felt very cared for at this establishment. A+++

I can't speak on normal operations however they had an event with live local bands that were great. The food was excellent a little expensive but worth it. Definitely looking forward to any future events there and possibly even stopping in for drinks and eats.
