Butter, Eggs, & Bakin

Got this delicious bowl of chili. The flavors are so good. Had a pork chop biscuit the day before it was cooked to perfection. Homemade ice cream is delicious and the cupcakes as well. He hasn't let me down yet.

There is a sign that says "we are not a fast food restaurant. Your food is made fresh. Please be patient." After patiently waiting, this is how the food came out. I'll let the photos speak for themselves. These are not "over-easy" eggs that I ordered. These are over-drippy eggs. The grits are clunky because they were made fresh?

THE BEST BREAKFAST IN TENNESSEE!!! Coming from New York, had the sausage eggs & cheese biscuit, then immediately ordered a second one and brought a third one back to my friend. The next morning brought the (impressed) friend over, we had 2 big daddy’s & it was amazing again! If we had another morning in Nashville, we woulda been back again. Also the gentleman is the nicest guy ever. So yeah, GO!

Wow wow wow. I came here two days in a row for a dose for southern hospitality with a side of the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. The owner is extremely welcoming and is a stellar chef. His daughter is so kind and hardworking. On the day I was leaving Nashville, I got the seafood gumbo to go to take home with me because I knew it’d be outstanding. SIR, PLEASE DELIVER AN ENTIRE POT OF THIS GUMBO TO ME IN MEMPHIS. I mean, seriously, y’all have got to check this place out. You will be happy you did.

Stopped here for breakfast and you cannot go wrong here! I had the "Big Daddy" breakfast sandwich, which is Eggs, sausage, bacon, and cheese on a huge biscuit. It was definitely worth it. You can order online or walk up to order. Pro tip, they have a paper menu that has things not online ie the Big Daddy. I met the owner, very nice guy. I waited for a couple of minutes when I got there because the owner takes breakfast every morning to an elderly person in the neighborhood who can't get out. This man is a community hero!
