I called Bob’s RV Repair with an urgent problem. I had driven away from my campground with my camper step down, and it became twisted and bent, and it would not retract. He told me to come right in and he would see what could be done. He quickly bent my step back into place and sent me on my way without even allowing me to pay. Certainly, this type of kindness and care is uncommon these days. I would highly encourage anyone to do business with this wonderful shop. I was needing a portable pool tank ASAP, as my RV was full! They had it in stock, which I was thankful for. The customer service was excellent and very friendly.
