Bluegrass BBQ & Catering

I love BBQ and the food we received was delicious!!! I ordered a whole BBQ tater which is big enough for two meals. My husband got the bbq nachos and we ordered beans and a side of Mac n cheese. The real star of the show for me though was the sauce! I did not ask it not was house made but I’ve never had anything quite like it. It hits sweet ( which is my fav. But the second flavor is definitely a light spice… just right). We were also given some of thier smoked chicken to try and it was really really good! That wonderful Smokey flavor and really tender meat. Food that we had was 100 delicious. Only issue I had which I did not mention to anyone cause not that big of a deal… the potato could have been hotter in temperature. The dining area is plain but when a restaurant is starting out the focus should be on the food a little snazzing up can happen any time. It was laid back and the staff was friendly and provides good service. I can definitely foresee us grabbing food here a couple of times a month.

Outstanding stop. Bbq quesadilla are off the charts. My son crushed it in seconds and he normally eats like a bird. It is not just a kid item. It was awesome. I would consider ordering myself in a future visit. Chicken was very good, pork was excellent. The ribs were good, just not as good as the other 2. Smoked green beans are a must. A sweet smoky flavor. I am a meat guy, but I took one bite and finished them before eating the meats. Yes that good.

Really good sandwich, I wish it was bigger, but great flavor and a good value. Would stop there again. The smoked green beans are the best that I have ever had. There are pieces of pulled pork in the beans, so awesome!

I ordered 4 Quesadilla combos: 2 chicken and 2 pork. Thank goodness they made the chicken first for my wife and daughter but ran out shells before making the other 2 so had to settle for jumbo sandwiches. All in all, was good. They were very apologetic. I love their BBQ sauce.

Have went into the place at least once a week since they opened beside hotspot.. every week the price goes up a dollar and the portions shrink way down... Love the BBQ but for the price amount of food for the price I had to pay is ridiculous.. unfortunately today's the last time I visit
