Black Sheep Kava Bar

I love this kava bar. It is as if you’re walking into a greaser garage, the vibes here are great. The owners are wonderful, same with their staff. They make it a point to remember your name when you come in more than once, which means a lot. There’s so much love, character, and support from the people who come here, as well as the people who own this place. They put their heart and soul into what they do, and give you an experience you’ll want again and again. I encourage anyone and everyone to come here, have a drink, and relax. You won’t regret it.

My first experience here was an open mic. I was told that since I would be performing, I got a free bowl of Kava. I went an ordered it and was asked to pay for it. In the spirit of supporting a local business, I said nothing, paid, and tipped generously. Last night AFTER I was allowed to play, I was asked to leave because I would not partake in their 1 drink minimum. I never pay to play anywhere, neither should anyone else. I grew up in a family restaurant business that spanned 4 generations. Being older and wiser, I just packed up my gear and left. This place and it's "staff" are absolute clown shoes. I'll never go there again

I am an author who was in town to begin writing a Skunkape book. I was in Kava Culture and when they heard about my book they sent me to Black Sheep Kava Bar because Joe is a Sunkape searcher That alone made Black sheep fun, but it was the quality of the Kave Joe makes that sets lack Sheep apart from the rest.

This place is dope. Got my kratom fix while visiting from Texas. And the homie at the bar let me play my screamie music

One thing about me is that I don’t normally post reviews. However, I wanted to share my experience with black sheep kava bar. The staff and everybody was super friendly we had such a great time.
