To start, I love Barton's, been going to the one on Calumet for over 30 years. I ordered from the Highland location since I live in Highland now. I ordered a sausage and and cheese, extra well done (I once had a severe case of food poisoning years ago so I try to make sure my food is thoroughly cooked)... Got my pizza home and it was baked like any other pizza, I called to discuss this with the woman that answered, I mentioned that I like my pizza very brown, just short of burning it, she was nice and asked if I could send her a picture of it to discuss this with her oven guy of 30 years. I sent her a picture cause she said she would call back, she never did. I told her that I love their pizza but now I can never order from them again.....

Found out today they have ' pizza by the slice ' Made it just the way I like it, along with the family's pizzas

I ordered a pizza today on Super Bowl Sunday and the Bartons team did not disappoint. As busy as they were my pizza was ready right on time and delicious! They were clearly working their butts off in there, but all were friendly moving like a well oiled machine. Thank you Bartons!

Barton's was precisely what the doctor ordered today. Family-size Sausage Pizza was delicious, and was ready quicker than we could've made dinner! Can't wait to order again! The tomato bread sounds like it will be great too!
