Given only half of my whole sub, with wrong toppings. Told to bring the sandwich back, the next day, and was hung up on - I missed out on dinner and lunch. Then had issues with getting the correct amount back because they wanted to charge me for the pickle that I couldn't eat since I was told to bring it back and didn't want to return the sales tax!
We were pleasantly surprised by this wonderful place. Staff was nice and accommodating to our kids sharing meals. The food was quick. The sandwiches were HUGE. The bread was so soft and amazing!!!
Meet could use more flavor. Bread is thick but was very soft and much better than I expected after seeing it. It's probably the heaviest sandwich I have ever had.
The cashier failed to recognize my military signia even my cap read retired military. The guy in charge seem to get an attitude when we inquired about the discount. Then my wife's order was super small compared to the last visit even the guy wrapping our food looked at it in shame. We will never visit again and I'll tell all my military friends about my experience.
What is the point of having a online order when you you place an order and arrive 40 minutes later and they have not even looked at the online order tablet to make order. Then take another 20 minutes to finally make 1 sandwich. 5 people working in store 2 walking around doing nothing, no customers other than us waiting for food and still takes 20 minutes for a cold sub at that. Would have given zero stars but at least 1 had to be selected. They did not even apologize or offer a discount for the long wait. This used to be a good place to go but not anymore.
