Azteca Mexican Restaurant

It was good food. We had not been in a long time. Kids got the kids' chicken stripes. I got the fajita with chicken shrimp and steak. My mom got a number deal from the menu. And my oldest got chicken and shrimp over rice with cheese sauce on top and a tamale.

This place is a haven for Mexican food lovers! We stopped here during our trip and will absolutely return when we're in the area again. The salsa was fresh and delicious, and the steak in the fajitas was outstanding. I’m usually not big on Mexican desserts, but I was curious about their Ice Cream Nachos, and wow— they were incredible!

This is hands-down the BEST Mexican I've had anywhere in the USA! My boyfriend and I have traveled all across this country, and have eaten at countless Mexican restaurants across over 20 states -- but we both LOVE the food here the BEST! For example: Fajitas at other places are ok, and rather mediocre - lacking flavor and needing lots of hot sauce, etc. But the fajitas at Azteca are the ONLY fajitas you can eat without hot sauce! They've perfectly seasoned the beans, the rice, the guacamole, etc. And their salsa and chips are absolutely amazing! (TIP: If you LOVE heat, and authentic flavor, ask they to give you a container of their home-made hot sauce - available only by request! It's outstanding!!!). And while I live 90 minutes away, I would gladly drive for 3 hours round trip to eat here, than anywhere else in Indiana for Mexican. Azteca even beats my experiences in Southern California, famous for Mexican food. Well done, Azteca Family! You're such a good family, with equally good food!

Good food, good chips, their sweet tea is VERY sweet, but I'm sure you can ask for a bit less if you don't like that. Food usually comes quick, even when we had a very large group.

This is a nice place to eat. I enjoyed this place. Very good food. Well prepared. Friendly helpful service. They were doing good business while I was there eating. Please try them. Don't think you'd be disappointed.
