Vivian did a good job on my fill and French. French gel Pedicure was good also. Wait times are not too bad when I make an appointment it’s better.

I walked in and got serviced right away. They were really nice and was seated right away. Loving my nails and got all the dead skin off my hands:)

What an awful experience! I initially planned to get $125 lashes and a brow wax, but my mood took a nosedive after the pedicure. I've never seen a pedicure where they don't start with soaking your feet first. It made me feel like I was being rushed. They began cutting and shaping my nails even before the water was ready, and the entire process, from start to finish, lasted only 8 minutes, including a quick dip in cold water. When it came time to paint, I asked if they were going to address the dead skin, as what I received felt more like a polish change than a pedicure. The response was an additional $8 charge for dead skin removal. This led to a rather unpleasant scene with the technician slamming things around before reluctantly removing the dead skin. To make matters worse, they attempted to charge me for callus removal, even though I've never had calluses on my feet. The experience was so humiliating. Needless to say, they lost out on the extra $150 I had planned to spend on lashes and a brow wax. ????????????" And I tip well so your lost . Let me find another mail shop to fix my feet and do my other services.

Did a perfect job on my nails and the lady took her time doing my nails, making sure they came out perfect but, the customer service was very poor and the lady that did my nails rushed me out of my chair once my nails were done.

Fast and efficient, def a bit too hip for me. They were blasting birthday sex by Jeremiah. I get that it can come off "trendy" or "cool" but I think the new cool is not being cool so perhaps consider some classical or indie? Lol
