Aqua Splash Car Wash

Poor. Poor service, poor customer service, poor establishment. Watching the carwash inside , it barely used soap. Car and tires were still dirty. Vacuums have bare minimum suction, some do not work, you have to walk to a towel station vs them being at your station already at hand like most car washes. $13 down the rabbit hole ! When I grabbed an associate to give feedback about the vacuum that was broken and fell off while using it , he said “it ain’t nun wrong with it, it’s not broke. Go to another one.” When clearly it was and I took a picture to prove. Sad

My experience with this car wash on 20th of June was the absolute worst!!!! I have been coming to this car was since they open and since the knew owners took over. Today my car stopped in the middle of a wash a couple feet before the blowers and would not move. I was at a stand still for an about a minute before I put the car in drive and exited the platform. Upon walking up to the employee to ask if there was an issue with the track the manager (identified his self as Mike) stated no there was no issue however another guy was bending down working on the track. I then proceeded to ask what was the other employee doing when he went completely off and said we stopped the track and I asked via mid car wash and he stated well you were almost at the blower. This guy was the rudest , most non compliant, distasteful employee I've interacted with in my 10 years of being serviced here. I asked that my monthly prescription be canceled he stated he did it and walked off so I will have to view my statement to determine when my month will end. I will also be writing to the BBB for further investigation. I asked to receive the owners contact and he refused. I will let the BBB perform an investigation of this site. Note: In response to the wrong location.... No this is not the wrong location as I took pictures the day of the incident. I wouldn't expect the guy to provide his real name as he was a liar ???? from the start of the incident to begin with. However, he removed my monthly subscription so that will tell you the person that identified himself as Mike. He also stated he was the manager (black guy) and a white guy was performing the task on the line when the wash was stopped. I still have time until my month expires and will be going back to this location and contacting the BBB.

DO NOT GO HERE! I went to get a simple car wash. After going through the car wash I got out to vacuum my car and noticed my rear windshield wiper was hanging off and actually broke. I went to the guy that worked there and asked him who the manager was and he pointed to the guy in front of him. I then went to that guy and explained that I just went through the car wash and my windshield wiper is now broke. He replied back to me and says, “It’s not our fault you have to ask for tape.” I said to him that everywhere I have gone always tape down my windshield wiper right off. Since when do you NOW ask for tape before you do it? He didn’t reply so I asked him for his name and he refused to disclose. Listen folks the customer service is garbage here and until we stop going to it and they loose business and ultimately close down they will continue to not care about your expensive vehicle. I wasn’t asking him to pay for a windshield wiper but he could have apologized and maybe even offered to contribute to a new one or gave me my $10 back for the car wash. Just awful. I’ll never go back and neither will my family. We all have nice vehicles that we will not visit a business that doesn’t value their customers.

5-16-25 This place charges $25 for a wash with tire shine and wax, but the machine is BROKEN! When I asked the attendant about it, he had a major attitude problem. There are no signs saying the machine is broken. He wiped my tires off with a wet rag and walked off. Extremely rude and very poor service. He had an attitude like I broke the machine smh never again

My Range Rover was heavily damaged by this carwash when the equipment failed and malfunctioned. The owner Paul Kang refused to speak with me regarding the damages to my vehicle and refused to provide his insurance information so that a claim can be made. He instructed his manager to deal with it. Very unprofessional! The manager informed me to go through my insurance company without providing the Car wash establishments insurance information. I will pursue legal action against the owner and this car wash. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE.
