Fantastic automotive shop! I’ve tried other shops in town with very mixed results but getting my air conditioner compressor replaced at Appalachian Auto was easy and fast. I wasn’t expecting a phone call for another week or two when they let me know more car was ready. They are extremely professional and their mechanics are top of the class. I will always call them first.

This auto repair shop goes out of its way to accommodate you and make sure that all of your concerns are taken care of. It's really exemplary customer service! They're very knowledgeable, reasonable, and helpful, even dropping you off back home when you leave your car with them. They have all the diagnostic equipment to correct long standing issues. The owner, Ryan, is clearly committed to his craft and very skilled. I highly recommend them!

I think reviews are ridiculous and put too much pressure on people but you have to stop to give praise where it's due. These people are the real deal. They are knowledgeable, hospitable and diligent in all they do. I feel blessed after going in there and hope the people of this area realize how rare it is to experience this quality of business in these times. Thank you again.

Very impressed. I just had my first experience with Ryan's team at Appalachian automotive doing a ton of work on my BMW, and now I will not be taking my cars anywhere else in WNC. The technical knowledge here is excellent, and the customer service was outstanding!
