Ms. Gloria does an AMAZING job and is super friendly and professional. She doesn't braid too tight and takes time to listen to exactly what you want. I usually get knotless box braids (always on point) but I recently went in for a crochet style. My hair turned out beautiful. You won't be disappointed. This is THE PLACE to go for braids and protective styles!

This place is terrible and is bad business, the person that answers the phone does not do hair but is charging the prices then you get to the place and they want to charge something different , creates a bad first impression on the customer and stylists. The style I got she told the owner was difficult and wanted to charge me $100 when I was told it be $75 and then she did a terrible, terrible job on my head. I got goddess braids and they look like I’ve had them for two months when she good have just said no before making me wait 2 hours, my appointment was at 11am. Only styles these women know how to do is knotless braids or box braids single individuals, I will not be going back and suggest if you haven’t gone here don’t ever go.

The name of this business is depicted on the work they do. I literally have super short natural hair and Jummai was able to grab every little piece! Every little piece ya hear me! I will definitely be back. Thank you! ??????

My husband came in for 2 braids and they didn't even braid his hair to the end. We live 10 min from this location and before he got in the driveway he said he felt so much air on his head where the braid should have been that he could feel it coming out. There was an entire rubberband on the braid before the left out part on that 1st braid. Mind you they put another rubberband on to make the "ponytail". I should have called to get a refund but i certainly will never go here again. That was actually his 2nd time and the 1st wasn't impressive either. ADDED AFTER OWNER REPLIED: You should've took a little more time with proof reading what you wrote before posting because you do sound ignorant. I see a flood of bad reviews, some with pictures, so obviously you don't do perfect hair. You also must not know how Google reviews work because they alert you for places you've been. I actually did see him when he came out, which I didn't have to say for my review to be valid. Your response also proves why we would never do business with your establishment, that was unprofessional.

If I could leave this place 1 star I would. I just took my daughter here to get her hair done and when I say it looks as if it is time for her to take it down and she just got it done. Her braided was Victoria and calling her rude would be an understatement. My daughter called me while she was getting her hair braided as I was talking to her Victoria snatched my daughter phone and hung up in my face. I’m assuming that Victoria already knew she was doing a horrible job and was scared that my daughters was going to tell me. Just save yourself some time and head the other way.
